Scheduling a Phone Interpreter

We are able to accommodate pre-scheduled, as well as same day or urgent requests.

Pre-Scheduled:

  • Contact our coordinators with appointment information by phone at 317.341.4137 or via email at info@LUNA360.com
  • You will receive a confirmation email from us
  • At the time of the appointment, call back to our office
  • Our coordinators will connect you to your interpreter
  • The interpreter will track the time of interpretation

Same Day/Urgent:

  • Contact our coordinators with patient information by phone at 317.341.4137
  • For Spanish and Burmese dialects, an interpreter will immediately be transferred to your phone
  • For other languages, we will call you within a few minutes and our coordinators will transfer the call to your phone
  • You will receive a confirmation email from us
  • The interpreter will track the time of interpretation

During the Interpretation:

  • Less ambient noise is better
  • The interpeter will be speaking in the first person
  • Feel free to ask the interpreter for clarification
  • Please do not give our interpreter’s private phone number to the patient
  • For the protection of your clients, our interpreters have been trained in confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA
  • Should the appointment dynamics change, feel free to contact our office and request an on-site interpreter to replace the telephone interpreter. Every effort will be made to meet that request.
  • If the telephone connection is dropped for any reason, immediately call back in to our office.

After the Interpretation

  • Please contact our office with any questions or concerns regarding the interpreted event.
  • Your office will receive an invoice for the interpreted minutes by the end of the month.
