As more employers are switching to virtual mechanisms for recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, it is important to ensure equal employment opportunity measures are in place.

  • Explore solutions and communication strategies to ensure your virtual hiring process is equitable for people with disabilities and people from different language backgrounds.
  • Understand how hiring from more diverse cultural communities may impact your organization’s culture and hear some tips for creating a culture of civility for your entire workforce.
