Overseen by EmployIndy, the Good Wages Initiative (GWI) recognizes employers who pay a sustainable wage of a minimum of $18 per hour and offer health benefits to full-time employees. LUNA meets or exceeds the minimum pay and covers 75% of health insurance costs for all employees who opt in.
